low-income immigrants and refugees.
As a DOJ Recognized Organization, our services are provided by a DOJ
Accredited Representative under the close supervision of an immigration
attorney, ensuring you received professional and reliable support

Important About Our Scope
NAAM helps clients apply for immigration benefits before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
We do not represent clients in Immigration Court, and we do not provide representation in adversarial proceedings before USCIS. Our program focuses on benefits-based immigration matters within the scope of our DOJ Recognition and available capacity.
If someone needs help with a matter outside our scope, we help connect them with appropriate legal providers.
Citizenship Services
Citizenship remains an important part of our legal program.
For many immigrants, becoming a U.S. citizen provides long-term security, stronger employment opportunities, and a deeper sense of belonging. NAAM helps eligible lawful permanent residents understand the naturalization process, complete the application, and prepare for the civics and English requirements.
We may also assist with related forms and preparation, including:
Medical Disability Waiver
Fee Waiver
Civics and interview preparation
Mock interview practice and study guidance
Citizenship classes may be offered periodically based on funding and demand. Please contact our office for current availability.
Why This Matters
Many immigrants cannot afford private legal services, even for routine applications. At the same time, mistakes can lead to delays, denials, or loss of important benefits. NAAM helps fill that gap by offering culturally responsive immigration legal services in a welcoming, community-based setting. Because our legal program is part of NAAM's broader wrap-around model, we can also connect clients to employment services, English classes, case management, youth services, and wellness support.

NAAM also offers 4immigrant.com, a free online self-learning tool designed to help people prepare for the U.S. citizenship interview independently.
