Located in the Clocktower Business Center, NAAM is the largest post-resettlement agency north of Boston, serving more than 2,000 refugees and immigrants worldwide each year. Initially established to serve immigrant populations in Lynn and Lowell, MA, over the years, NAAM expanded to serve those beyond these cities to address the needs of immigrants across Massachusetts. NAAM provides employment services, youth programming, vocational skills training, social services, cultural programming, and resettlement assistance for refugees and immigrants.
Designed to provide a comprehensive array of wrap-around services to support individuals and families through the very challenging first years in the U.S., NAAM works to create a welcoming environment that enables immigrants and refugees to adapt to their new home. Encouraging building self-sufficiency amongst our clients, NAAM gives our clients tools on how to advocate for themselves and their loved ones and avail themselves of the many opportunities available to them as they become full civic participants and community members, ultimately contributing their unique skills, perspectives, and talents to the greater community.
