Venette Jean, a native of Haiti, is a Citizenship/Social Services Case Manager. She assists people with their citizenship applications as well as helps our refugee clients to get acclimated to their new home and connects them with community resources. Venette immigrated to United Stated in 1983 and has been in social services since she started her career after college. For many years she has worked in Eliot Community Human Services as a Crisis Stabilization Senior Case Manager, in Health Behavioral Services as a Care Coordinator. Venette is also an entrepreneur and a freelance contractor offering interpreting services for the community in Spanish, French, and Haitian Creole languages. Venette has a deep knowledge of  resources for immigrant community, tons of experience in finding solutions where it is practically impossible to find them, and most importantly, she has a positive attitude, outgoing personality.
