Sayed Achakzai – Case Manager/Dari, Pashto Interpreter

Sayed Achakzai is a Case Manager and Dari/Pashto interpreter from the Kandahar province in Afghanistan. In 2007, Sayed began working as an interpreter with the US and NATO. He then worked as a Site Manager for USAID until he came to the US in 2016. Sayed began working with NAAM during 2020, delivering food throughout the pandemic and interpreting when needed. He soon after became a full-time case manager and interpreter to help support Afghan newcomers. Sayed enjoys traveling throughout our beautiful world.
