Katerin Roman, Vaccine Outreach Coordinator
Katerin Roman, Vaccine Outreach Coordinator, is our newest member at NAAM. She is an Alumni of the University of Massachusetts, Boston. In, 2021, she earned a B.A. in Criminology & Crim. Justice with a minor in Sociology. She moved to Boston, MA with her parents and her brother in the early 2000s. Both her parents are immigrants from the Dominican Republic. In her past experience, she has had the pleasure of working with the community of Boston in many different aspects such as providing protective services to the John F. Kennedy Federal Building. She has also had the honor to be part of the Home Health aide community for the past 8 years providing day-to-day living assistance for those in need, while of course responding to patient concerns and questions.
Her latest direct involvement with the community was in Lynn, MA, as a COVID-19 Tester/screener. As this is a very tough time for the entire world, she is very happy to ease some of those concerns or questions that you may have when it comes to COVID-19 and its variants, as well as vaccination questions and concerns. Katerin enjoys her free time, by spending time with her family and friends, as well as trying new foods and traveling.
