Our Lowell Office
The Lowell office of the NAAM is located at 10 Kirk St. It is a small, close-knit community of job seekers who come to be good friends. Each client receives one-on-one counseling to solve immediate issues that can be obstacles to employment, such as child care and housing, Together we determine the best path forward, whether it be intensive English instruction and job readiness training, or an immediate job search. All clients learn computer skills and have the opportunity to practice them while creating a resume and reference list, writing professional emails, applying to jobs electronically, and improving their English in fun, self-directed lessons. Clients are supported both in and out of the office, when applying and interviewing, and throughout their first year of employment to ensure success.
